CLUB CHARTER
for
UNIVERSAL TOBACCO ENTHUSIASTS
or
U.T.E.'s

The purpose of the formation of this private for profit club is to
explore and discuss the pro's and con's of tobacco consumption,
rights of the smoker and to sample tobacco's and other legal
smokable products from around the globe.

Tobacco consumption may be defined as smoking tobacco
whether in cigarettes, pipes, cigars or Hukas. Tobacco chewing and
snorting (snuff) shall also be explored.

This club shall meet on a daily basis and shall be open to
members only. All UTE's are encouraged to meet and greet other
members at Alex's Grill from 12 Noon until whenever 7 days a week.
